What services do you offer?Atlas Identity Service helps businesses and workers prepare for security clearance and onboarding requirements before they attend their official appointments. We assist with document preparation, compliance review, scheduling support, and onboarding guidance to reduce delays and rejected applications.
Does Atlas issue TWIC Cards, SIDA Badges, Airport Badges, or Security Licenses?No. Atlas does not issue government credentials or employment badges. Those credentials are issued only by the appropriate government agencies, airports, ports, employers, or authorized organizations. Atlas prepares clients to successfully complete the process.
What if I'm missing a required document?Atlas will identify missing items during your preparation appointment and explain what is needed before your official credentialing appointment.
Does Atlas store my personal information?Atlas is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not retain or copy sensitive identity documents unless required by law or authorized by you. Your information is handled securely and confidentially.
How long does an appointment take?Most appointments take between 15 and 30 minutes.
